All procedures are performed by qualified medical professionals. A thorough consultation and medical assessment are required before any treatment can be scheduled.
Our services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older. Minors require written consent from a parent or legal guardian and must be accompanied by them during all consultations and procedures.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for medical, ethical, or safety reasons following our professional assessment.

The consultation fee is deductible from the total procedure cost upon booking. If you choose not to proceed, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
Procedure dates are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. We operate on an appointment-only basis. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations (within 72 hours) may forfeit the deposit at our discretion.
We reserve the right to reschedule procedures due to unforeseen medical emergencies, equipment maintenance, or force majeure events. In such cases, your deposit will be fully transferred to the new date or refunded.
